When We Ship
-Our goal is to ship all items within 1 business day after the order has been placed.
-Orders placed & processed by 1 p.M. Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5) will be shipped the same day the order is placed.
-Orders placed after 1 p.M. Eastern Standard Time (UTC -5) will be shipped the following business day, although every effort will be made to ship orders the same day.
-Out of stock items will be shipped 1 business day after stocking. No price adjustment will be made for the shipping charges as these items will still be shipped according to the method originally requested in the purchase order.
-You will be notified within 1 business day by email if we are unable to complete your order.

Liftgate/tailgate Service
Shipments that require tailgate delivery to a residence or business without dock level or forklift will incur a $55 fee.

When Receiving Your Order
In the unlikely event that a item is damaged in shipping or is missing, please make sure to inspect the package before you sign for it. If you should receive parts damaged by the shipping carrier, you must call JDM Racing Motors at 1-877-327-3231 within 24 hours or a claim CANNOT be filed.
