Warranty Information
We only provide warranty on engine blocks, heads and transmissions. Our warranty does not cover turbo chargers and electric/electronic parts.
Our Warranty on performance engines/transmissions (e.g. VTEC and turbocharged) is for 30 days. For all non-performance stock engines, transmission, long blocks and parts, standard warranty is 90 days from day you receive it or the POD (Proof-of-Delivery) date.
Since we perform compression testing on all the engines we carry, there will not be any problem to start up the engine and our warranty coverage extends beyond just the start up.
In the event that you have to return a product, the product must be in same state of assembly as when you received it. (Please keep all unwanted parts/components that you may have added to the product in order to be able to return the product within the 30-day warranty).
Additional Information
- 1: We do not charge any restocking fee.
- 2: Shipping charges are not refundable nor are returning shipping charges which must be prepaid by the customer.
- 3: We are not responsible for any labor.
- 4: If any product needs any minor or major repairs the item must be returned back. We do not pay for any part or labor (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- 5: If the engine is seized or blown during the warranty period due to unprofessional installation or to any other reason, the warranty will be rendered void.
- 6: A Refund or replacement will be issued only when the product has been received back by our warehouse.
